Muskaan Malhotra is a public relations and marketing professional with a passion for thoughtful audience experience and behind-the-scenes efficiency. As Box Office Coordinator at Indian Summer Festival, she ensures ticketing systems run smoothly while helping guests feel supported and welcomed from first click to final curtain.

She holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication and is currently pursuing a Post-Degree Diploma in Marketing Management at Langara College. Her background bridges global PR agencies and on-the-ground roles in education, retail, and events, always with a focus on people and experience. Muskaan has led media outreach and campaign support for brands like Lakmé Fashion Week, KFC, and MasterCard, and has contributed to guest services at Indigo, lululemon, and Athleta, to name a few. She brings a grounded, human approach to everything she does, whether she’s responding to patron emails or coordinating last-minute event details. 

Born and raised in New Delhi, India and now based in Vancouver, Muskaan is deeply interested in how storytelling and live experiences foster connection and community. She speaks five languages and thrives in spaces where empathy, precision, and curiosity meet.

Outside of work, Muskaan is usually drawing intricate mandalas, learning a new language, exploring local cafés to find the perfect iced coffee, or rewatching her favourite films (and analyzing them in depth).
