Yash Menghani, CPA (Canada), is a senior finance and governance leader with over a decade of experience across public accounting, corporate finance, and board stewardship.

He is a Chartered Professional Accountant in Canada, with prior experience at global firms including KPMG and EY, where he advised organizations on audit, financial reporting, and internal controls.

Yash currently serves as Director of Finance at a technology company, leading financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and governance in a high-growth, scaling environment. In parallel, he is Principal and Founder of YMG Advisory, a CPA advisory firm providing financial strategy, tax planning, and governance support to founders and growing organizations.

He is actively engaged in community and professional governance. Yash currently serves as President of the Board of the Sindhi Association of BC and has previously served as a Director with the CPA BC Surrey/Langley/North Delta Chapter, contributing to strategic planning,financial oversight, and stakeholder governance.
