Many people are negatively impacted from exposure to scents. Please refrain from wearing scented products while attending Indian Summer Festival events.

Mobility Access: The Waterfront Theatre is wheelchair and scooter accessible, including washrooms and entrances. Wheelchair seating is at the front (ground level) of the raked seating, with room for seats for companions.
Parking: There is 1 accessible parking spot in front of the entrance, backing into traffic flow. There is 1 accessible parking spot in the lot beside the building. There are many paid parking spots around the venue.
Transit: Plan your trip. Location: 1412 Cartwright St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3R7. Nearest bus, #50, stops 200m from the front entrance.
Bathrooms: There are two gender neutral bathrooms with one accessible stall each. The bathrooms do not have accessibility push button access.
Low Vision: This is low vision friendly programming. The programming itself is auditory. There is room for guide dogs at seat, and greenspace outside of the venue suitable for rest/toilet use for guide dogs.
Seating Plan: Raked, theatre style cushioned seats.
Priority seating and early entry is available for this event for people with invisible disability, low vision, or chronic pain. We can arrange this onsite or contact us to plan in advance.
Scent: While Indian Summer Festival emails all ticket holders requesting that attendees refrain from wearing scented products at all of our events, we do not enforce this policy, nor does this venue have permanent scent-free policies in place.
