Natasha Jategaonkar

Natasha Jategaonkar is a lawyer practicing labour and employment law with Mathews Dinsdale & Clark LLP. She advises employers on workplace issues such as employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and collective bargaining. In addition, Natasha is an experienced workplace investigator for allegations related to discrimination, bullying/harassment, and adherence to safety protocols. Before law, Natasha had a previous career as an epidemiologist and community-based researcher and completed graduate studies in the health sciences. Outside of work, Natasha practices martial arts and the art of storytelling, and enjoys peering into tidepools from land or kayak. Natasha is genuinely curious about people and the world, and is never too busy to welcome a new friend.
