Building Mobility Accessibility:
The building is accessible via one of the two ramps on the Cordova Street Courtyard side. One ramp is located near the entrance to the Woodward’s Westbank Atrium, which houses London Drugs and Nesters Market (this ramp is across from JJ Bean Coffee). The other is located beside the Cambie Street alley. There are push buttons that can open accessible doors on both the Hastings and Cordova entrances. Please note that the street level entrance on Hastings Street will not be open.
Hearing Assist headsets:
Hearing Assist Headsets are available for events that take place in the Djavad Mowafaghian Cinema and in the Fei and Milton Wong Experimental Theatre. Let the GCAPES Head Front of House, Guest Services or one of the Ushers know that you would like to use one.
Borrowing a Hearing Assist Headset is free of charge, but requires 1 piece of photo ID as collateral, which will be returned when the headset is returned to an usher or the Head Front of House.
Parking:
There is no accessible parking near the venue. Public pay parking is available at Abbott and Hastings, 65 W Cordova, and Water Street. Street parking is also available.

Plan your trip. Address: 149 West Hastings Street – Vancouver
The closest Skytrain station is Stadium-Chinatown or Waterfront, and is approximately 500m away from the building. There are bus stops nearby and the building is serviced by the #4, 14, 17, and 19 buses. Users may have to cross several streets, or pass through traffic/parked cars to access the entrance.
Seating:

Bathrooms:
Public washrooms are available on the B2, 2, 3 and 4 levels. All public washrooms are equipped with wheelchair accessible stalls. Gender Neutral washrooms are available on the 3rd floor and on the B2 level.
Scent:
While Indian Summer Festival emails all ticket holders requesting that attendees refrain from wearing scented products at all of our events, we do not enforce this policy, nor does the venue have permanent scent-free policies in place.
