Justine Redila

Justine Redila is a multidisciplinary artist and facilitator, whose work centers around creative expression, environmental stewardship, culture, heritage and community connection. With over a decade of experience in the reforestation industry, she has witnessed the urgent need to create space for diverse voices in fields where they’ve traditionally been underrepresented.

Her work is deeply inspired by her grandmothers, one of the first 10 nurses from the Philippines to work in Vancouver. A trailblazer and a matriarch, her grandmother brought the family together through storytelling, shared meals, and meaningful conversation—planting the seeds of community-building that Justine carries into her own work today.

Through collaborative art, dance, and wellness-based workshops, Justine creates inclusive spaces where people can connect across cultures and generations. She is passionate about using art as a tool for healing, dialogue, and joy—and about celebrating the richness that comes from honoring both personal and collective histories.
