Sandy Manj She/Her

Sandy is a strategic communications specialist, entrepreneur, and human security advocate who specializes in telling complex stories. Born of immigrant (Punjabi) parents on the unceded lands of the Cowichan Nation, now living on the unceded lands of Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations, her work focuses on a singular outcome: using information (in the form of storytelling) to reimagine how oppressive global systems can be replaced with ones that meet the needs of everyone, not just a privileged few. Sandy’s strengths lie in her ability to distill complex information into inspired calls for action.

When Sandy is not working, you’ll find her either collecting recipes (that she has no plan for actually cooking) or planning an adventure to a remote location somewhere across the globe (which she will definitely take).
