Jhalaak at PAUSE 12:00pm  – 1:00pm

Jhalaak (spark) music project spans two continents and four cities. Members of the Sufi music supergroup Rajasthan Josh pair up with hip-hop artist and multiple Leo award-nominated composer Rup Sidhu and Juno award-winning producer Adham Shaikh. In addition to this free performance at PAUSE, Catch Jhalaak at Confluence.

Supernatural Women 1:00pm – 1:30pm

IN COLLABORATION WITH VANCOUVER INDIGENOUS FASHION WEEK

A gathering and fashion show celebrating a pantheon of supernatural women, their glorious accoutrements, their stories and songs, brought to us by our partners Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week. The show features Terri-Lynn Williams-Davidson’s out of concealment collection from designers Pam Baker and Angela Demontigny, with models accompanied by Terri-Lynn’s original music.
