Changing Practice for a Changing Climate

date & time Wednesday, June 5 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

location Moberly Arts and Culture Centre

tickets Free

Join us at the Moberly Garden where 3 unique healers come together in a panel discussion to reflect on the role healthcare workers play in responding to the climate crisis.

Here, with feet firmly rooted in the earth, we invite healers and healthcare workers to reflect on their own practice, consider culturally-responsible care and folk-healing methods, and build community capacity towards climate action.

In recognition that planetary health is deeply connected to our individual health, this intimate gathering will include a garden walk led by our 2024 Artist as Healer, Alisha Lettman, who has been nurturing the Moberly Garden with Ayurvedic medicinal plants for the past 5 months. Light food and refreshments will be provided.
