Inspiration

“In 2019 we traveled through several cities in India and fell in love with Udaipur and Pushkar. This menu has been curated with our favorite meals, the sort that you go back twice in one day for. During our time there, we had the pleasure of learning how to cook these recipes from locals and family friends. For a trip that taught us so much about hospitality and food, and for the people who we met along the way”  – Chef Tushar

Some of the goodness you’ll be able to whip up with this kit include:

Gatta Pulao

Traditional rice dish made with fried chickpea flour dumplings cooked along with aromatic spices.

Mirchi Bada

Potato stuffed chili fritter, served with tamarind chutney.

Lal maas

Tender goat on the bone, cooked in onion gravy and Rajasthani mathania chili
