Your ticket price includes applicable taxes, while service fees are in addition.

What is the refund policy for these events?

Refunds are not available for any Indian Summer Festival events.

Do I need internet access to attend ISF2021 events?

Yes, you will need internet access for all online ISF2021 Events.

Can I attend the festival from outside of BC?

Yes! Our online content is available to stream internationally.

Note: The Opening Party meal (included with a Premium Pass) is only available for delivery within the Lower Mainland (from Abbotsford to Horseshoe Bay, North Shore to Tsawwassen & White Rock). The Punjabi Market Premium Gift Box is available for delivery Canada-wide via Canada Post.

What is a ‘Hybrid’ event at ISF2021?

A ‘Hybrid’ event includes an in-situ physical sensory experience designed to give you a way to engage with the work of our artists in a way that is safe during this season.

What does my ticket or pass include?

Digital Tickets grant one-time viewing of the event. A Digital Pass includes unlimited viewing access to all ISF2021 digital events with one easy login.

What’s the difference between a Ticket and a Pass?

A Digital Ticket (aka “ticket”) includes a one-time viewing of a single online event, ie. the event for which you purchased the ticket.

A Digital Pass (aka “pass”) includes unlimited viewing of all ISF2021 online events.

I’m getting a “Maximum Reached” message when I try to purchase a pass. Why?

The maximum purchase limit is set to ensure your email address is linked to the correct voucher for our digital events. If your household wishes to purchase additional passes, please register with a separate account for every additional pass purchase. For group bundles of 6+ passes, please get in touch with us at info@indiansummerfest.ca.

Can I gift an ISF 2021 digital ticket or pass?

To gift a pass, use the recipient’s full name and email during the checkout process. Please see our Virtual Access FAQs for more details.

Virtual Access FAQs

I have purchased or been gifted a ticket to an ISF2021 digital event. How do I access the event?

On the premiere date of your Digital Event, the access link will become available at 6 pm PDT and the event itself will be live-streamed at 7 pm PDT. We recommend setting yourself up for digital viewing as early as 6 pm PDT on the night of the premiere. After the premiere, the event will be available for on-demand viewing until midnight on July 17th.

To access the event, follow these steps:

  1. Go to https://www.goelevent.com/
  2. Select Sign In/Register in the upper-right corner
  3. Enter the email address you provided during check-out OR the email your ticket was issued to and sign in/register
  4. Upon logging in, you will see your event and a blue View Now button. Click here to go to the event – the link will appear up to 1 hour before the event premiere and will remain until you have watched the full event.

You may receive a Virtual Access email 1 hour prior to the event. The link in this email will take you directly to the event.

Note: Passholders will not receive a virtual event access email as all information is provided in the Order Confirmation email for both passes

This ‘virtual access’ email also includes a 9-digit voucher code. You don’t need to enter this code to access the film online, but will require this if you have Roku or Apple TV and prefer to watch the film directly on your TV. See the Technical FAQ Guide for Elevent for more info.

How do I know when the film or event is available to watch?

The date and time from when the content is available to view are noted in your Order Confirmation email and can also be found here: https://indiansummerfest.ca/isfevents/

How long is the film or event available to watch?

ISF 2021 events will be available from when you first hit ‘play’ until midnight on July 17th, 2021.

Note: If you purchase your ticket on the last day of the festival (July 17 2021), it will only be viewable until midnight that day regardless of how many hours your link says it is valid for.

Can I pause/stop the film or event and finish it later or re-watch it at a later time?

Yes, so long as you finish watching by July 17th, 2021 at midnight. Note, once you’ve seen 95% or more of the film or event you won’t be able to replay it.

I bought tickets to different films or events. Will I receive just one email with the links and voucher codes for all of the films/events?

No. You will receive a different ‘virtual access’ email including a unique voucher code for each film or event you purchased a ticket to. You may, however, access all active events for which you have registered by logging in to your Elevent account. See above for instructions.

Note: different content may have different start dates and times; you will receive your ‘virtual access’ email for each accordingly and one hour before the content becomes available to view.

Can I watch the movie or event on my TV? Is there an app for the screening portal?

If you have Roku or Apple TV, you can search for “Indian Summer Festival” in the app store and select Download/Free. You will be given a code and directed to a link where you can enter that code, after which you’re all set!

Can I gift my ticket to someone else by forwarding them my ‘virtual access’ email?

Your ticket is linked to your Elevent account and is viewable on one device only. However, if you are interested in purchasing a ticket for someone else you can do so by visiting our Elevent ticketing page, check out as a Guest, and enter the intended recipient’s email address at checkout. Gifting a pass will require registering the recipient with an Elevent account. Be sure to share the temporary password you have created for them so that they may access their new account.

I bought a ticket to a live stream event. Do I have to watch this live or can I watch it later on?

If you would like to join us for our watch party with live chat, you will need to join us at the premiere date and time. You may join late, but you will not be able to start from the beginning as the premiere will be live-streamed. All Digital Events will be available for on-demand viewing after the premiere by noon the following day (does not include ‘Finale: A Night at The Orpheum’).
