Shiva Reddy (Moderator)

Shiva Reddy is the food and wine columnist for CBC Vancouver. She also has a brand new hit show called ‘Not Your Butter Chicken’, a Telus Originals 4 part docuseries that takes a closer look at South Asian heritage through food and family. 

Shiva is a local vancouverite who started off as a sommelier with stints at some of the best restaurants in Canada. She has been a force in the hospitality and wine world, focusing her efforts in diversifying the industry. You can find her slinging wine at The Michelin starred restaurant Burdock and Co. 

She is an advocate for dementia care as she is a full-time caregiver for her mother who has dementia.
