Laughing Yoga is a unique, energizing and entertaining yoga practice for everyone. In this session, Nish Thaver will combine laughter exercises with yoga breathing. This class is sure to leave you with newfound energy and a smile on your face.
Thaver is a certified Laughter Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master who loves spreading the joy of laughter and the healing energy of Reiki to people all around her.
